Frage / Beratung Zündung?

Recommended Posts

If you want, we can speak English. :D

Which exhaust are you using? The need of a reinforced crankshaft depends on your driving style. If you use a long gearing (e.g. 14/53) and dont drive too much at high rpm you can use your original crankshaft.

Altough I would recommend using a reinforced crankshaft, because then you dont have to give attention on your driving style and you will be aviable to use stronger components for more power.

A racing iginition will reduce the oscillating weight, so the engine will rev up quicker. The engine will run better, but its still limited by the other components, especially by the cylinder and exhaust.

My advice is to use a reinforced crankshaft with a longer stroke and a matching cylinder. For Example a Airsal 88 with 45mm stroke. Or you go with a 80 Airsal Sport and keep your original crankshaft. This will give you more torque and also a litte higher topspeed.

The Airsal 80 Racing is not good for the original crankshaft, the "sport" version can be used with it. But -as I said- you have to keep attention to your driving style.

So, if you want more power, go with a reinforced crankshaft. The Barikit Competition or Kundo KRD is very good.

Forget such cheap crankshafts, its better to keep your original one.

This is the cheapest one at Maxiscoot, which is recommendable. ;)

The Conti exhaust is just a Gianelli exhaust, which has been labeled for Conti. If you are searching for something powerful for every day use, take the SCR HM (cross) or the Voca Warrior.

MVT is also planning a lower exhaust for 80ccm sport cylinders.

Yep, but overall Giannelli what are their productions?

The Gianelli exhaust is a good choice if you are searching for a exhaust which delivers power over the complete speed range. A good chioce combined with a 70 or 80 sport cylinder like the Airsal. The SCR HM and Voca Warrior are more aggressive. Both turn higher, but they deliver less power at low RPM.
