Hello, Im finnish and I can speak and write only a little bit of german, so I'm going to tell it on english.

I am probably going to buy this cylinder-crank-clutch kit. Is it good? How much horse power with this kind of setup I tell below.

http://www.gearparts24.de/zylinder-kurbelwellenkit-top-performances:a5028.html

21mm dellorto racing, what if 24mm?

turbokit carrera 80cc cross, because of cheap price from friend :)

possibly ignition, if brother wants to :)

of course i will buy other parts I need, like intake and possibly v-force 3.

And then. What is the durability of this cylinder? How often I must change piston? Is this cylinder classed on highend or midrace? Is this cylinder good for daily use? I am driving like 4000-5000km in a year, so not that much... I could do well, if piston change is once in 3000km. How much fuel this would take in 100 kilometres? From 1-10, 10 highest, my throttle hand is probably 2-3. Very seldom driving on full throttle.

If this cylinder kit isn't what I am excepting what would you guys support?

Durability: about 2000-3000km.

Horsepower: enough to beat 4-stroke 125cc, looking for 16-21hp cylinder with good durability. I prefer top performances :)

Thank you guys! If you understand, i'm not sure how good german peoples english skills are but i hope better than french guys ;)

The Kit is quite nice ;) It has pretty low times, about 191° for the outlet, so its ok for every day use too. But you will loose pretty much power if you are using the TK Carrera exhaust, SCR Racing Line 85 would be better. A 21mm carburettor is a bit to small I think. Take a 24mm PWK ;) With the TK exhaust you will get around 16 HP. 3000km with one piston ring is no problem, unless you are driving with fully opened throttle the whole time.

I hope I have helped you a bit ;)

THis setup is rahter a high-end setup.

Im pretty sure that you will get more hp with the carrera than 16, as silver shadow said. Its a pretty good exhaust, but there are better ones.

But the 21mm carburetor is too small for this setup!

By the way: arent there any good finnish forums? why are you asking here? :P

  • 2 weeks later...

Hi again. It's quite a long time i visited last time, but thanks for answers! What would be the best exhaust/auspuff ;) for that kind of setup. I'm going to buy 26mm or 28mm carburettor/vergaser. So cheap. And think it won't use more fuel, because my throttle hand really is like nothing, but on the track it of course changes :naughty:

I'm asking here, because in finland people don't usually tune up engines this much. People like durability and because the polices are here pretty interested in mopeds :( so people don't want to tune up mopeds. Of course we have a forum here in finland, but the knowledge of people isn't the same.

Okay cool. Gotta think voca racing, pretty cool exhaust and such a rare here. Though it's pretty expensive :( What is the place here in germany where people are selling their used tuning parts? Gotta check those sites. We have only one place, but as you know, there are only 5mil ppl in Finland and you guys have like 85million :D You're really lucky if you can buy a voca racing from finland... ;)

With Voca racing, how much hp it would have? Set would be:

Voca Racing 90

Tpr 85

MVT Premium with light coil

26 or 28mm carb.

Pipercross-luftfilter (what is this in english :D)

Top Performances V-Force3

That would be a quite good Set Up ;)

I think you will get about 20 hp.

The problem of this cylinerkit ist, that it isn't made out of Aluminium. So you will probably have temperature problems.

A better choiche would be the TPR87.

I drive this cylinder for a year and I'm quite excited ;)

I drive it with the Jar Racing Exhaust.

Isn't this aluminium http://www.gearparts...nces:a5028.html ?

Going to set up second cooler/whatever it is. Although i'm not going to buy cylinderkit which is cast-iron. So if that isn't aluminum, then I'll move to 87cc :)

This is cast-iron http://www.gearparts24.de/zylinder-kurbelwellenkit-top-performances:a5027.html

at least that looks a lot different...

What you guys think about this Athena 80cc with exhaust valve ? http://www.gearparts24.de/zylinderkit-athena-80cc-racing:a6005.html

Guys, you are wrong. There are two versions of this cylinder. ;)

aluminium:

gray cast:

The atehna 80 with valve ist a nice cylinder too. But the valve should help you to get more torque and power at lower RPMs. I wouldnt buy it for street use ;)

One thing at the end: We are just eight million people :D 95% from the users here are from Austria not from Germany. In Germany you can ride 125ccm motocycles with 16, so there are nort so much mopeds.

greetings
