  1. I have no idea what jet (in dutch its sproeier, dont know it in german though) is in it. But I do know that a few weeks ago it drove ok with the same setup and same jet. I have checked the airfilter, its perfectly clean, the fluffy stuff is clean aswell only a bit moise. So I should try it without the filter? (so removing the fluffy stuff?)
  2. Hello 2-Stroke tuning I need your help once again. As you may have known I have a CPI SM, but since a few weeks it drives like shit. Setup: -Stock cilinder -11/48 ubersetzung -Stock carb -Top Performance CDI -Stock exhaust The situation is: -Starts perfect -Stationary is perfect -In neutral i can give full gas, sounds nice nothing weird Problem: As soon as I kick it in the 1th gear, I have so little power. I can do 1th gear, second gear and in the 3th gear I have no power left and its stuck at 37kmh. What i allready have done: -Checked the bougie, its a BR8 NGK Bougie. The bougie distance is on 0,8mm. Bougie was looking good and nice, just cleaned it aswell. -Checked all the cables. Everything seems all right. -No difference in riding on reserve/normal, putting the cables on the carburator for the electric choke on or off My dad thinks it has something to do with the gasoline stream (carburator?), what do you guys recommend me to do?
  3. Hello a question: Does a tecnigas e-nox cpi sm fit on a DERBI XTREME? The exhaust seems like the same as for my cpi sm. Look at these pictures:
  4. Ah im not talking about the flansch at the engine, the original cpi cilinder has a derbi flansch exhaust connection. I have used the e-nox on the original engine and a other AM6 cilinder (so not with the derbi flansch but with am6 flansch). I am talking FRAME-wise.
  5. I have another question: I want to sell my CPI SM Tecnigas E-nox because i'm selling my moped with the standard exhaust. Does the cpi sm version of the e-nox fits on other mopeds aswell? If so which?
  6. Ah i found it and it is shocking lol. The original diameter was 24mm but the drossel made it only 11mm.... figures it drove like shit. But since I still had the orginal exhaust (diamter 22mm), ive made my own drossel so its 15mm now with the standard exhaust, i think i am going to sell the tecnigas e-nox. It drives 70kmph on the dashboard in the 5th gear, so still no 6 but that is kinda logical. Thank you for helping.
  7. Ok i will look a it in a few mins, thanks for your reactions. But btw its not the standard produced drossel but put in by the dealer, so its not the original drossel, but i will look for a hole at the beginning (engine part) of the exhaust
  8. I get what you are saying. But a company put the drossel in the exhaust, so I don't know where it is in the exhaust? Can i reach it and do i have to scrape some of of it or what?
  9. No it's not the original exhaust, it's a tecnigas e-nox with drossel. I know the best would be to turn the ubersetzung to the original, original was 11/62 but the fact is the rear/back setzung is pretty expansive, the setzung in front is only 10 euro's so my question is if i turn the ubersetzung 10/48 will i achieve the same as 11/62?
  10. Hey, a short question in english: I am going to sell my cpi sm soon and i have 12/48 as ubersetzung at the moment, the auspuff has a drossel now so it runs 47kmph. But i can only 3 gears because of the ubersetzung is too heavy, can i fix this easily by putting the ubersetzung to 10/48? So i want it to still run 47 but want to use all 6 gears.
  11. Lol nvm, this is out of my league. It seems I have to solder cables and stuff too. I am putting everything back on and I will bring it to the dealer on friday..
  12. Well I got it yesterday and i am trying to put it on my cpi sm accordingly to the tutorial: http://www.2stroke-tuning.com/forum/CDI-we...ope-t25632.html But I can't get the damn tank off!, I got the screw under my seat and i see one on the right side of the moped but is there a hidden one on the left side aswell between all the cables and stuff? Please help!
  13. Ok thanks, I just ordered a TOP CDI so it should be here in a few days. I'll inform you guys when i get it.
  14. Ok sounds sweet but I have no idea how i can connect that cdi to my moped, does anyone knows how to or has a schedule or anything? Btw: thanks for all the reply's so far. /Edit on GP24 there is some text at the bottom of the productpage that is saying something about the ignition has to be this or this or it doesn't fit. What fits on a cpi sm?
  15. Ok so my cilinder can rev up higher then the stock CDI allows? @Xtreme Racer, I forgot how to say ubersetzung in english and I did remember how to say it in german. I am from the netherlands btw. @RCR Racer, I have the stock carb, but I don't know what size it is. @Masterme, Ok I will have a look on that CDI What RPM should a gilardoni be able to make? (median)
