Reinforced connecting rods are able to stand much higher forces. Mostly they have a double-T structure. Also some rods are polished to enhance the flow of the fuel. All the enhanced crankshafts do also feature a bigger needle bearing.

What bearings to use: with Teflon or Steel cage?

Teflon coated bearings are more expensive, but they are also kind of self-lubricating. So if you dont care about the money, take the teflon ones

What oil to use for fuel? Motul 800 2T or Bardahl - KGR Fuel Mix - 2T ?

Motul 800 is one of the best oils aviable, go with it.
